Amidst DE&I fatigue and global tensions, we're actively researching effective Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies, aiming to gather a comprehensive global list of successful DE&I initiatives. We aim to engage professionals on this journey, sharing our discoveries through live events, reports, and ultimately, in a comprehensive book.

 

Together, let's sidestep the most common DE&I pitfalls and adopt a scientific approach, emphasizing frameworks for effective implementation within organizations, ultimately fostering impactful DE&I progress

During my time working abroad for an organization that purported to value diversity but fell short, I witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of performative inclusivity. Motivated by this disillusionment, I resolved to dive deeper into the realm of DE&I, determined to uncover the truth and drive authentic transformation.

 

With a unique blend of academic and practical expertise, I have extensively researched DE&I for various organizations, shedding light on the importance of authentic DE&I efforts. My studies have taken me to the most extreme cases in South Africa, providing me with a nuanced understanding of DE&I challenges within complex socio-political contexts.

 

As an emerging voice in the field of DE&I, I am committed to highlighting the compelling business case for diversity and inclusion while providing a thought-provoking and introspective outlook on the subject matter. Through my work I strive to inspire others to challenge the status quo, embrace diversity in all its forms, and build a more equitable workforce for future generations.
